Freya is Top of The Pops

Okay, so we recently ran a campaign across Facebook & digital music service Spotify, for our client Freya Lingerie where their customers told us what music they were listening to which described the way they felt right now!

After sorting through the 3,304 entries we have compiled the Freya Playlist Top 10, listing the most popular song entries we received:

Frey Top 10:

1. Rhianna & Eminem – Love The Way You Lie
2. Bruno Mars – Just the Way You Are
3. Black Eyed Peas – I Gotta Feeling
4. Katy Perry – Teenage Dream
5. Eliza Doolittle – Pack Up
6. Cindy Lauper – Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
7. Kings Of Leon – Sex On Fire
8. Enrique Iglesias – I like It
9. Usher – DJ Got Us Fallin In Love
10. Katrina & the Waves – Walkin on Sunshine

What did we learn about the Freya customer? Well, we learnt that they were active in the social sphere, music was important to them, they have an interest in celebrity and popular culture with many of the top 10 tracks being covered on this years X Factor show and that they were eager to keep up to date with all the latest news, offers and competitions from Freya lingerie and their sister brands.

The campaign proved a huge success with one lucky Freya fan winning a year’s supply of free lingerie and Freya’s Facebook ‘likes’ increasing by 47.58% along with increased chatter and engagement around the brand online.

If you fancy checking out the Freya Spotify playlist in its entirety, which totals 5 days worth of music and joining the 132 Spotify users who have subscribed to the playlist just click here.

RBH Soup-A-Bowl

New for 2010, the Soup-A-Bowl took place to find out who at RBH is the Masterchef of Soup (and who spoils the broth).

On Friday 3rd December, over 20 of us competed for the chance to win the Golden Bowl trophy. All issued with a competitor number (to provide anonymity and make Judging fair), we set out our best soup dish in the RBH boardroom for Judging to commence. The soups were marked on overall Britishness of the entry, seasonality of ingredients, presentation, aroma and of course, taste.

Some entrants went all-out to impress the Judging panel with never-seen-before presentation (Mr Rees) while others simply let the taste of their soup do all the talking.

The atmosphere was tense as prizes were handed out. The Wooden Spoon was handed to Ash Humby with his Potato & Leek soup (complete with potato slippers), Tom Ives took 3rd place with A Very British brussel sprout and chesnut soup, 2nd place went to Dave Reed with his Split Pea & Ham soup and 1st prize went to me, Claudia, with my Tipsy Mushhroom soup.

Thanks to everyone who took part and making the RBH Soup-A-Bowl 2010 such a success!

It's all about to kick off. Snowballs in the courtyard at 3pm. Last Man Standing. Fun for all allowed because the agency worked ALL weekend long to deliver a last minute imperative microsite for one of our clients.
